2)   The Member acknowledges that he/she is bound by the terms of this agreement, the Terms, Rules and Conditions of Global Housing Solutions Ltd schemes, the terms and conditions of which he/she acknowledges form an integral part of this Agreement and constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The Member acknowledges that he/she has not been induced by any warranty or representation other than contained herein.

3)   Once the membership fee for any of the scheme has been paid in full, the applicant will be registered as a Member of Global Housing Solutions Ltd Scheme and issued a PIN Code that is unique and private to the Member. All Members and applicants paying by installments are to give their User Name to persons they introduce. Depending on the scheme entered into, membership will entitle the Member to the commissions, car and house included in the particular scheme.

4)   In the event of the Member failing to make any membership fees due (where mode of payment is by installments) as outlined in the Membership Registration Agreement, time being of the essence, then this shall constitute a breach and default under this Agreement which may, at the Company’s option, be terminated in which case all membership fees paid by the Member will be forfeited to the Company who shall be under no further liability to the Member.

5)   If performance of any obligation in this agreement or any of the schemes is prevented or delayed, in whole or part, by reason of an act of God or Force majeure, or the consequences thereof, then the affected party shall be relieved from the obligation so prevented or delayed until such time as the obligation can reasonably be fulfilled. For the avoidance of doubt, fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, civil disturbance, war, government action and labour disputes, inter alia are deemed to be acts of God/force majeure.

6)   If any provision of this Agreement is held in law to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect any other of the remaining provisions, which shall be construed as severable.

7)   In the event of conflict between this Agreement and the Terms, Rules and Conditions of the Global Housing Solutions Ltd schemes, the later shall prevail.

8)   Where the context so requires or admits, the masculine includes the feminine, the singular includes the plural and where two or more persons are included in the expression “the Member”, the obligations expressed to be made by the Member shall be deemed to be made by such persons jointly and severally.

9)   No modification of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement shall be valid unless concluded in writing and signed by both parties.
