1.     The Company is Global Housing Solutions Limited (a subsidiary of Mustard Seed Group Limited) of No. 38, Effurun/Sapele Road, in the premises of Solace Micro Finance Bank Limited, near Enerhen Junction, Warri, Delta State of Nigeria.

2.     My membership of and participation in any of the Global Housing Solutions Limited scheme will commence on the first day of the month following that month in which my membership fee is paid in full.

3.     Provided that I have complied with all my obligations in term of the Agreement and the Terms, Rules and Conditions of Global Housing Solutions Limited scheme, I will be entitled to the commissions, car and ownership of the house in the scheme in which I am a member.

4.     I understand that the membership fee for the scheme I entered into must be fully paid up before I can be entitled to be a Member and registered.

5.     The different Global Housing Solutions Limited schemes have been explained to me and are understood by me.

6.     I acknowledge that I am able to lend, give as gift, rent, sell or transfer the house I am entitled to when it falls due under the scheme in which I am a member.

7.     I acknowledge that after careful consideration and under full awareness and understanding of my financial position and of all my liabilities, actual and contingent, and both existing and future, this Agreement creates no undue financial burden upon myself or my family.

8.     I understand that this Agreement is binding upon me. I acknowledge that my right to the commissions, car and house under the scheme in which I am a member cannot be cancelled and all membership fees paid by me are non-refundable.

9.     I UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THAT ALL MEMBERS UNDER ANY OF THE SCHEME OF GLOBAL HOUSING SOLUTIONS LIMITED HAVE EQUAL RIGHTS, DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS AND NO MEMBER OWES ANY DUTIES OR OBLIGATIONS WHATSOEVER IN WHATEVER MANNER TO ANOTHER MEMBER.

10.     This New Members Declaration, together with the Membership Registration Agreement, Standard Terms and Conditions and documents referred to therein, set out the terms of this agreement. There are no other matters, which are not specified in this documentation, nor any covering letter, which I relied upon as influencing my decision to become a member of the scheme. I acknowledge that I have read and understood all the above.
