“Company” |
shall
mean Global Housing Solutions Ltd,
abbreviated to GHS. |
|
“Scheme” |
shall mean any of the commission
entitlement, car and house ownership
schemes of the Company. |
|
“Commission” |
shall mean the entitlements, car and
house given to Members for the
introduction of 3 new members. |
|
“Member” |
shall mean any person who fully pays
membership fee for a scheme and
registers as participant. |
|
“Squatter” |
shall mean a Member who has introduced 3
new members. |
|
“Tenant” |
shall mean a Member whose 3 introduced
Members have all qualified as Squatters. |
|
“Land Owner” |
shall mean a Member whose 3 introduced
members have all qualified as Tenants. |
|
“Developer” |
shall mean a Member whose 3 introduced
members have all qualified as Land
Owners. |
|
“Landlord” |
shall mean a Member whose 3 introduced
members have all qualified as
Developers. |
|
|
1. Membership to any of the Schemes
organized and administered by the Company for
members shall only be obtained after full
payment of the total membership fee of either
=N=50,000.00 for the Marble Scheme,
=N=100,000.00 for the Ivory Scheme,
=N=200,000.00 for the Bronze Scheme,
=N=300,000.00 for the Silver Scheme,
=N=400,000.00 for the Gold Scheme or
=N=500,000.00 for the Diamond Scheme. A
Member only qualifies as/becomes either a
Squatter, Tenant, Land Owner, Developer or
Landlord and qualifies for commissions when full
membership fees are paid by his 3 introduced
members and all other new Members introduced at
each of the five levels under him. |

2. For the Marble Scheme of
=N=50,000.00, a Member is entitled to a
Furnished One Room Bed-sitter. Under this
scheme the member must introduce 3 new members
who should also pay =N=50,000.00 each for them
to become Members too. After the 3 new members
have all fully paid/qualified to be Members, the
original Member that introduced them qualifies
as/becomes a Squatter and will be entitled to
commission of =N=37,500.00 immediately all the
3 new members have made their payments fully. |

3. When the original Member under the
scheme of =N=50,000.00 becomes a Tenant, he will
be entitled to commission of =N=50,000.00
immediately. When he becomes a Land Owner he
will be entitled to commission of =N=62,500.00.
When he becomes a Developer he will be given a
new Motor Bike plus 6' Deep Freezer and when
he becomes a Landlord he will be given the
Furnished One Room Bed-sitter, and he exits
the scheme. |

4. For the Ivory Scheme of
=N=100,000.00, a Member is entitled to a
Furnished 1 Bedroom Flat. Under this scheme the
member must introduce 3 new members who should
also pay =N=100,000.00 each for them to become
Members too. After the 3 new members have all
fully paid/qualified to be Members, the original
Member that introduced them qualifies as/becomes
a Squatter and will be entitled to commission of
=N=75,000.00 immediately all the 3 new members
have made their payments fully. |

5. When the original Member under the
scheme of =N=100,000.00 becomes a Tenant, he
will be entitled to commission of =N=100,000.00
immediately. When he becomes a Land Owner he
will be entitled to commission of =N=125,000.00.
When he becomes a Developer he will be given a
new Kia Picanto Car and when he becomes a
Landlord he will be given the Furnished 1
Bedroom Flat, and he exits the scheme. |

6. For the Bronze Scheme of
=N=200,000.00, a Member is entitled to a
Furnished Detached 2 Bedroom Bungalow. Under
this scheme the member must introduce 3 new
members who should also pay =N=200,000.00 each
for them to become Members too. After the 3 new
members have all fully paid/qualified to be
Members, the original Member that introduced
them qualifies as/becomes a Squatter and will be
entitled to commission of =N=150,000.00
immediately all the 3 new members have made
their payments fully. |

7. When the original Member under the
scheme of =N=200,000.00 becomes a Tenant, he
will be entitled to commission of =N=200,000.00
immediately. When he becomes a Land Owner he
will be entitled to commission of =N=250,000.00.
When he becomes a Developer he will be given a
new Kia Rio Car and when he becomes a Landlord
he will be given the Furnished Detached 2
Bedroom Bungalow, and he exits the scheme. |

8. For the Silver Scheme of
=N=300,000.00, a Member is entitled to a
Furnished Detached 3 Bedroom Bungalow. Under
this scheme the member must introduce 3 new
members who should also pay =N=300,000.00 each
for them to become Members too. After the 3 new
members have all fully paid/qualified to be
Members, the original Member that introduced
them qualifies as/becomes a Squatter and will be
paid commission of =N=250,000.00 immediately
all 3 new members have made their payments
fully. |

9. When the original Member under the
scheme of =N=300,000.00 becomes a Tenant, he
will be entitled to commission of =N=300,000.00
immediately. When he becomes a Land Owner he
will be entitled to commission of =N=350,000.00.
When he becomes a Developer he will be given a
new Kia Cerato Car and when he becomes a
Landlord he will be given the Furnished
Detached 3 Bedroom Bungalow, and he exits
the scheme. |

10. For the Gold Scheme of
=N=400,000.00, a Member is entitled to a
Furnished Detached 4 Bedroom Bungalow. Under
this scheme the member must introduce 3 new
members who should also pay =N=400,000.00 each
for them to become Members too. After the 3 new
members have all fully paid/qualified to be
Members, the original Member that introduced
them qualifies as/becomes a Squatter and will be
entitled to commission of =N=350,000.00
immediately all 3 new members have made their
payments fully. |

11. When the original Member under the
scheme of =N=400,000.00 becomes a Tenant, he
will be entitled to commission of =N=400,000.00
immediately. When he becomes a Land Owner he
will be entitled to commission of =N=450,000.00.
When he becomes a Developer he will be given a
new Kia Optima Car and when he becomes a
Landlord he will be given the Furnished
Detached 4 Bedroom Bungalow, and he exits
the scheme.

12. For the Diamond Scheme of
=N=500,000.00, a Member is entitled to a
Furnished Detached 5 Bedroom Duplex. Under this
scheme the member must introduce 3 new members
who should also pay =N=500,000.00 each for them
to become Members too. After the 3 new members
have all fully paid/qualified to be Members, the
original Member that introduced them qualifies
as/becomes a Squatter and will be entitled to
commission of =N=450,000.00 immediately all 3
new members have made their payments fully. |

13. When the original Member under the
scheme of =N=500,000.00 becomes a Tenant, he
will be entitled to commission of =N=500,000.00
immediately. When he becomes a Land Owner he
will be entitled to commission of =N=550,000.00.
When he becomes a Developer he will be given a
new Kia Sorento Jeep and when he becomes a
Landlord he will be given the Furnished
Detached 5 Bedroom Duplex, and he exits the
scheme. |

14. The total sum of either =N=50,000.00,
=N=100,000.00, =N=200,000.00, =N=300,000.00,
=N=400,000.00 or =N=500,000.00 being the
membership fee on any of the schemes can be paid
by cheque/draft or money transfer to the
Company’s account. The total sum can also be
paid in a maximum of 5 or less installments for
a maximum period of 5 months. No membership fee
paid for any of the schemes either by
installment or otherwise is refundable.
Commissions shall only become due at each level
when they accrue through introduction of new
members under each scheme as detailed above. |

15. The Company shall pay/give commission
to Members by cheque or online transfer and
through keys to the car/jeep, and house when
due. Monetary commission shall only be paid on
the 30th of each month, provided that this date
falls on a working day and five days have
elapsed after the full payment due under the
scheme has been cleared into the Company
account. |
|
16. Commission can only be collected by,
or paid to, the registered Member to whom they
are due or a representative duly authorized in
writing by the Member to do so. |
|
17. It is the right of every Member when
applying for membership to choose one of the 13
housing estates of the Company to be developed
and located at Delta, Rivers, Lagos, Ogun, Enugu,
Anambra, Benue, Plateau, Kaduna, Sokoto, Kano
and Adamawa States and Abuja in the Federal
Republic of Nigeria as the location of his house
relating to his scheme. |
|
18. Any commission not claimed by Members
or by a duly authorized representative for a
period of six months or longer shall be
forfeited. It is the responsibility of Members
to inform the Company of any changes in their
banking or personal details. The Company shall
not be held liable for failing to give
commission where Members banking and personal
details are incorrect. Where a Member fails to
inform the Company of any changes to banking or
contact details commission will be forfeited
after a period of six months. |

19. Commission cannot be transferred,
signed over, ceded or traded in any manner
whatsoever without the Company’s written
consent. A Member who has qualified as a
Landlord can elect, subject to the discretion of
the Company, not to collect the house at any of
the Company’s estates in which case he will be
paid the value of the house less 50% discount. |
|
20. The schemes may change from time to
time, in which case the Company reserves the
right to alter the membership fees and the
commissions accordingly. |
|
21. Members may not design and/or use
their own promotional/advertising material
involving the Company or the Scheme name, logo,
and/or branding. Furthermore, Members shall not
act or appear to be acting as spokesperson or
liaison officer for or on behalf of the Company
with any media representative. Should any member
fail to comply with these requirements or be in
any way responsible for bringing the Company’s
name into disrepute, the Company reserves the
right to deregister such a Member and all
entitlements under such a Members’ scheme shall
be forfeited. |

22. All Members shall at all times have
access to information pertaining to their own
down lines. However, for the purposes of
discretion and privacy, the Company cannot be
expected to divulge to any Member any
information pertaining to other Members
commissions or down lines. |
|
23. The relationship between the Company
and Members is that of a club member being
rewarded by the Company with commission for
introducing new members to participate in the
schemes of the Company. Neither party shall
represent itself as an agent, representative,
employee or partner of the other, and neither
party shall incur any liability whatsoever for
or on behalf of the other. |
|
24. The Company can, at its sole
discretion, refuse membership to any applicant.
The Company and/or its Principals, Directors and
Shareholders cannot and shall not be held
responsible for any non performance/failure to
refer 3 new members, by registered Members. |
|
25. These rules constitute the entire
agreement between the Company and Members and
supersede any previous agreement, representation
or undertakings. Furthermore, it is acknowledged
for the benefit and protection of all parties
hereto that the Company may from time to time
change or amend the rules, terms or conditions
and notify Members by any reasonable means. |
