1.      What is GHS Scheme?
Ans.   GHS Scheme is a membership scheme designed by Global Housing Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of Mustard Seed Group to assist people to actualize their dreams of owning their own standard homes.

2.      What are the key objectives of GHS?
Ans.   To assist people especially the middle class and below to, amongst other benefits, actualize their dreams of owning their own standard homes in a unique environment.

3.      How can I become a member of GHS?
Ans.   You can become a member by registering using an existing member’s Username. You can contact existing members by visiting our website and using the current and active Referral’s link or calling our offices.      

4.      Can I have multiple memberships?
Ans.   Yes

5.      How do I pay the GHS membership fee?
Ans.   By cash, cheque, draft or money transfer to any of our following bank accounts: Account Name: GLOBAL HOUSING SOLUTIONS LTD. Banks & Account Nos.: DIAMOND BANK Plc – 0052010018224; GUARANTY TRUST BANK (GTB) Plc – 4113012861110; OCEANIC BANK Plc – 0481101008681; and PLATINUM HABIB BANK (Bank PHB) Plc - 007102000217.

You can also obtain loan from Diamond Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank or Bank PHB to pay for your membership fee. You will be required to open an account with the bank with 30% of the membership fee as equity participation, and as security for the loan your scheme’s financial entitlements when due would be repaid through the bank that gave the loan.

 6.     How much do I have to pay as membership fee?
Ans. For the Marble, its #50,000;
       For the Ivory, its #100,000;
       For the Bronze, its #200,000;
       For the Silver, its #300,000;
       For the Gold, its #400,000;
       For the Diamond, its #500,000

7.      Can I make payments in installments?
Ans.   Yes. You can make payments in up to maximum five installments for a maximum period/duration of five months only.

8.      What benefits do members of GHS get when they are registered?
Ans.   Apart from the houses that are available for members, different range of KIA motor cars/jeep are also available including cash at every step up the ladder. See GHS Benefit link on our web page.

9.      Who is a referrer?
Ans.    A  Referrer is somebody who is already a registered member, having a Username and is qualified to refer somebody into the scheme.

10.    How do I monitor my down lines?
Ans.   All Members shall at all times have access to information pertaining to their own down lines. However, for the purposes of discretion and privacy, the Company cannot be expected to divulge to any Member any information pertaining to other Members commission or down lines.

11.    What is the validity period of the membership?
Ans.   Membership is valid until a Member collects the keys to his/her house or gets paid the value of the house less 50% discount if he elects not to stay in any of the estates.

12.    How do I get commission at each stage?
Ans.   The Company shall pay/give commission to Members by cheque, draft or online money transfer and through keys to the motor bike/car/jeep, and house when due. Monetary commission shall only be paid on the 30th of each month, provided that this date falls on a working day and five days have elapsed after the full payment due under the scheme has been cleared into the Company account.

13.    Will any nominee(s) be allowed to receive my commission/prize on my behalf?
Ans.   Commission can only be collected by, or paid to, the registered Member to whom they are due or a representative duly authorized in writing by the Member to do so.

14.    Can I predetermine the location of my house?
Ans. Yes. It is the right of every Member when applying for membership to choose one of the 13 housing estates of the Company to be developed and located at Delta, Rivers, Lagos, Ogun, Enugu, Anambra, Benue, Plateau, Kaduna, Sokoto, Kano and Adamawa States and Abuja in the Federal Republic of Nigeria as the location of his house relating to his scheme.  

15.    Is my membership transferable?
Ans.  Membership cannot be transferred, signed over, ceded or traded in any manner whatsoever without the Company’s written consent.

16.    Can I register when I am residing outside Nigeria or Africa?
Ans.   Yes, using the internet technology to log unto our website from anywhere around the globe.

17.    Can registered members communicate with each other?
Ans.   Yes, using the message Centre on the site, You can also email info@ghousingsolutionsng.com for enquiries.

18.    How do I avoid fraudulent mails?
